Aubrae & Joel’s Central Park Parade Wedding || New York City Wedding Photographers

When we first sat down with Aubrae & Joel to talk about their wedding, I think our eyes must have been bugging out of our heads. A wedding in central park? With a parade? And an accordion?! Um, where can we sign up?

But quickly we realized that the thing that would make Aubrae & Joel’s wedding special wasn’t going to be the accordion player, or even the amazing scenic tour of central park immediately following the ceremony.

No, What made this wedding special is how awesomely stripped down it is. This day was all about Aubrae & Joel, their guests, and the city. And that, friends, is magic.














Aubrae & Joel, you kick ass. But you already know that.

So, so lovely! I kept thinking “this one is DEFINITELY my favorite” then I’d get a couple more down and go, “aw, crap. Now THIS one is my favorite. …nope, THIS one…”

Sunglasses in his pocket was a very cool shot. Crossing the street was beautiful. Him with his feet up on her made me giggle. Her running her fingers through his hair made my heart so happy.

Gorgeous, goreous, goreous! What is it about your pictures that makes my heart swell? Wedding photography almost never does that to me anymore. You guys win.
